Streakr, a funky web discovery and social bookmarking tool combined with a social network was looking for ideas to launch.
Employed by Cohn & Wolfe, I suggested a campaign starting with targeting the blogger community to recruit beta testers, followed by a cheeky barefaced consumer campaign. I also brought my friend Toby on board to make the above video to bring the Streakr brand to life.
Three days into the campaign, and we already had over 60 pieces of online coverage which includes FT.com, Mashable, TechCrunch and all the major Web 2.0 blogs.
I’m so happy with the results and tuned in to the Streakr vibe that I now find myself regularly arrested for exposing myself in my local Asda.
